Imran Bhai Khof-e-Khuda! Riyasat-e-Madina and 13.25 % interest? Rather transform PTI into SATI for non-violent ‘Ghazawa-e-Hind’ & ‘Akhand Bharat’. By Hem Raj Jain
I am one of the few people who has not merely read Quran but has practiced it also and got immensely benefited from it, in this-worldly-matters too. Some people may say that if Quran (Prophet Muhammad) is so beneficial in temporal matters too then why Muslims are suffering (bleeding and weeping profusely) from Myanmar (Rohingyas) to Kashmir to AF-PAK to NAME region (including Syria Yemen, Palestine, Libya etc)? The reason is simple. Islam has two major ‘problems’:-
(i)-The very great ‘problem’ that it is the most simple religion and it is difficult for the people to be simple as is rightly said that ‘Bus ki dushwar hai har kaam ka asan hona’ (it is difficult to be simple) and
(ii)- Islam is the most rather only modern religion (A)- Being the worshiper of the abstract which is in consonance with modern science & technology (B)- Closer to modern political practice of democracy where people are supposed to control the State (which people can do only through preaching of Islam about temporal matters). (C)- Regarding temporal matters the secular political parties in democracy are replacement / alternative to religion (Islam). -- This brings Islam in conflict with powerful medieval forces (including with ‘organized religion of Islam’ which is preached through religious preachers in Mosques etc).
One glaring example of these ‘problems’ with Islam is Pakistan PM Imran Khan who is never tired of saying that he is working for Islam but he is a Muslim who claim to know the xyz of Islam without knowing abcd of it which is evident (in addition to many) also from the fact that he has made the interest (un-Islamic unbridled usury) rate in Pakistan at 13.25 % as reported at
https://www.reuters.com/article/pakistan-cenbank/update-2-pakistan-central-bank-raises-key-interest-rate-to-13-25-idUSL4N24H2LU . If Imran is really serious about Riyasat-e-Madina then he can still do it if, to start with, does the following:-
(1)- First and foremost in economic policies, in the interest of dignity of labor (which is most important in this age of modern science & technology where every human being is valuable because he / she has potential to contribute in various faculties) Imran government should declare the hierarchy of importance of 4 types of incomes in the order of (a)- wages for employees (b)- dividend / profit for businessmen / employers (c)- Rent and (d)- Interest.
(2)- In consonance with this income hierarchy, Imran government should stop the legal plunder of public money and should (i)- Bring legislation to restrict the unbridled public debt (through fiscal deficit under the pressure of usurers) to the tune of consolidated fund of the Federal and State governments as is in India under Article 292 and 293 of the Constitution but without by-pass which India has done unconstitutionally through FRBM (ii)- Stop fake currency (which is mainly the practice all over the world and which is the biggest source of legal loot) rather Pakistan currency (M-0) should be proportional to proper asset back-up (through precious metals and other assets including land & landed properties).
(3)- Whosoever controls the institutions of healthcare and education controls the society. In ‘Rajtantra’ (rule of Kings and Emperors) Rajya (State) controls these. In ‘Prajatantra’ / ‘Jamhuriyat’ (democracy) when people control these (which will impart responsibility and knowledge to the people to properly run the institutions of States too) then only democracy has meaning. Hence:-
(i)- In first stage healthcare should be brought under the control of people (may be) through ESI (Employees State Insurance) where every employee (whether in organized or unorganized sector), every employer and government will give contribution and in its management representatives of all the contributors will be there.
(ii)- On the basis of the experience of these ESIs in second stage the education at-least up to 12th standard can be brought under the control of the people.
(4)- The Hindus (through RSS etc) are itching for ‘Akhand Bharat’ (greater India which is nothing but SAARC including 9th member Myanmar). Many Muslims in Pakistan are also itching for Ghazwa-e-Hind. Both can be satisfied in a non-violent peaceful manner if Imran transform his party PTI (Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf) into SATI (South Asia Tehreek-e-Insaf) which will work for the realization of this Federal Secular Socialist Democratic SAARC (FSSDSAARC).
(5)- After launching SATI-Pakistan, Imran can easily find some people in India (including India Muslims) who will launch SATI-India which will work also:-
(i)- For restoring secularism in India by filing 5 writ petitions in Supreme Court of India (SCI) as mentioned at https://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/opinion-details/3316
(ii)- For bringing welfare State (Socialism) in India by deploying the State-capital (of Rs 1,000 Lakh Crore PROFITABLY for the welfare of the people) which will be recovered as Income-tax from ~ 1 million tax evaders as mentioned at https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/business/india-business/Prominent-people-hiding-taxable-income-Jaitley/articleshow/51408323.cms . This Rs ~ 1,000 trillion State-capital will make FSSDSAARC self-sufficient about capital and there will be no need to beg for capital before other countries, IMF, World Bank etc.
(iii)- For Federalism where only martial subjects like defense, foreign affairs, currency, human rights, communication, national transport network etc will be with Federal / Union / Central government and all civilian subjects including natural resources will be with States.
(iv)- For peacefully solving chronic & gory Kashmir problem by giving memorandum to President of India as mentioned at https://www.alwihdainfo.com/Kashmiris-should-protest-at-Jantar-Mantar-against-President-about-Article-143-1-for-restoring-their-human-rights_a77642.html or https://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/opinion-details/3453 . Here it is pertinent to add that if people of united-J&K (through plebiscite) do not want to join either India or Pakistan and instead want to become independent then they can do it by becoming 10th member of FSSDSAARC.
(6)- After launching SATI in the member countries of FSSDSAARC the SATI can work for solving the problem of Muslim countries (NAME region) by contributing people to ‘UN Peace Keeping Force’ UNPKF for ensuring elections in troubled NAME countries under secular constitution and under the supervision of UN Election Commission (UNEC) in which too FSSDSAARC can contribute adequate men-power.
It is hoped Imran will play the historic role of disseminating the humane preaching of Quran (Prophet Muhammad) especially by giving its benefit to the weaker, harassed and beleaguered section of the mankind by first realizing FSSDSAARC by transforming his political party PTI into SATI.
