It is the sweet will of the ‘Pakistan Democratic Movement’ (PDM) if it still wants to continue with its scheduled program of Jalsa (public meetings), rallies and dharna in various cities of Pakistan. But as far as the objectives of the PDM (fresh elections for National & State Assemblies after getting Imran Government removed) are concerned these can easily & immediately be achieved if the PDM moves the Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP)  in a writ petition against the  Government of Pakistan, Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) & Army of Pakistan on the basis of the admission by Prime Minister Imran Khan during a convention of ‘Tiger Force’ (a wing of his party PTI) on October 17 that the Army Chief General Bajwa manipulated the 2018 election for converting the defeat of Khwaja Asif into victory as reported at https://thecurrent.pk/video-pm-mocks-khawaja-asif-claims-he-called-gen-bajwa-crying-seeking-help-to-win-election/

On October 16 at a well-attended Jalsa (public meeting) of the PDM at Gujranwala the former PM Nawaz accused serving Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa by name for various serious crimes (of interference in politics and in civil establishment) and threatened the General that he will be brought to justice for these crimes. Nawaz said General Bajwa is responsible for gift to Pakistan of incompetent PM Imran by getting his (Nawaz) government illegally removed, for horse trading of members of Parliament, for getting illegal judgments from higher judiciary through intimidation, honest judges of higher judiciary were harassed at Gen. Bajwa’s behest, for all the economic suffering of the people due to incompetent government of PM Imran which was installed by Gen. Bajwa through  rigging of elections etc as reported at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=acRb518_-aQ . Maulana the Head of PDM was equally scathing and said at this Gujranwala Jalsa that the Pak military will have to apologize for said criminal interference in politics. Other leaders of the PDM also talked about ‘selectors and selected’ at Gujranwala Jalsa.

At Karachi Jalsa of October 18 also the leaders of the members of the PDM continued (like Jalsa of Gujranwala) to accuse the Army (the selectors of the selected PM Imran) of manipulating the 2018 elections. Meanwhile on October 17 PM Imran Khan in a convention of ‘Tiger Force’ PM Imran not only responded to what Nawaz accused at Gujranwala rally but also admitted that the Army Chief General Bajwa manipulated the 2018 election for converting the defeat of Khwaja Asif into victory as reported at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wO98o_SXDjg . This has changed the entire political scenario of Pakistan.

The said activities of General Bajwa who manipulated 2018 elections by force and the Government of Pakistan and ECP and other State functionaries (whosoever knew about this manipulation of election but kept quiet and did nothing to correct it) are legally expected to be booked for ‘High Treason’ under Article 6 of the Pakistan Constitution which reads as -

“[High treason.—[(1) Any person who abrogates or subverts or suspends or holds in abeyance, or attempts or conspires to abrogate or subvert or suspend or hold in abeyance, the Constitution by use of force or show of force or by any other unconstitutional means shall be guilty of high treason.]

(2) Any person aiding or abetting [or collaborating] the acts mentioned in clause (1) shall likewise be guilty of high treason]”.

Therefore now not only Usman Dar of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), the defeated candidate in election should file election petition in Lahore High Court for getting fraudulent election of Khwaja Asif cancelled but the PDM or any other citizen of Pakistan should move the SCP through a writ petition demanding the following prayers: -

(i)- The SCP prima-facie should make the Government of Pakistan, Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) & Army of Pakistan the respondent in this writ petition (the army too because Gen Bajwa alone can’t manipulate elections without taking the help of Army under his command and control). 

(ii)- The SCP should constitute a ‘Special Investigating Team’ (SIT) which will investigate (with initial report in a time bound period of 15 days) the whole matter of (said manipulation of 2018 election by Army) and will find out who all were involved not only in this manipulation of elections but also (after knowing about this fraudulent elections) kept quite rather cooperated in perpetuating this fraudulent establishment.

(iii)- For helping this SIT the SCP should ask PM Imran (Government of Pakistan) to provide all the evidence of said telephonic talk of Khwaja Asif with General Bajwa and other related matters about the manipulation of said fraudulent election of Khwaja Asif.

(iv)- After initial report of this SIT (if election manipulation is found as alleged by PM Imran) the SCP should declare all the elections of National & State Assemblies 2018 null & void and should order the ECP to immediately arrange for fresh elections of all the National & State Assemblies.

(v)-  The SCP should book not only the Government of Pakistan, ECP, Gen. Bajwa (concerned persons of Pak Army) but other State functionaries (whosoever as per final report of SIT knew about this manipulation of election but kept quiet and did nothing to correct it) for High Treason under Article 6 of the Pakistan Constitution.

(vi)- The SCP (after dismissing Imran government (due to High Treason committed by it on the basis of SIT initial report) should order the formation of ‘Interim National Government’ which will carry out elections for all the National & State Assemblies within a time bound period of sixty days.

(vii)- The SCP should ask all the participant leaders of political parties (the members of the PDM) and especially the former PM Nawaz Sharif to provide to the SCP all the evidence of criminal interference by Gen Bajwa in elections and in the civil establishment (judiciary etc) as they alleged (by also saying selectors &  selected etc) during October 16 Gujranwala Jalsa and October 18 Karachi Jalsa.
